We strive to provide reliable pickup and delivery services but cannot guarantee specific times due to factors such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. If delivery to your designated location is impractical, we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative location or time.

Service Limitations

Each laundry order is processed with care by trained professionals using high-efficiency front-loading machines. However, Laundry Farm does not itemize laundry contents and cannot verify the inclusion of specific items. We are not liable for claims related to missing items.

Fabrics may naturally degrade due to washing, drying, or wear. Laundry Farm is not responsible for damage, fading, or deterioration of items during processing.

Our services are limited to machine-washable and dryable items. You are responsible for ensuring all items meet these criteria. Laundry Farm will attempt to identify non-washable items but is not liable for damage to such items.

You must make laundry available during scheduled pickup times, either by meeting our driver or leaving it in an accessible location. Laundry Farm is not responsible for loss or damage to laundry left unattended or with third parties before pickup.

If you are unavailable during delivery, we may leave your laundry at the designated location. You assume all risks for unattended laundry post-delivery. Laundry Farm is not liable for loss or damage after delivery, including when delivered to a doorman, concierge, or other authorized person.

Pricing

Laundry Farm may adjust prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors on the Website. If an error affects your order, we will notify you before processing payment. Orders are billed based on prices in effect at the time of placement.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at Laundry Farm’s sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@laundry.farm.

Account Access

Access to Laundry Farm’s services requires a username and password created during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@laundry.farm of any unauthorized account use. You remain liable for charges incurred until we are notified of unauthorized access.

You agree to promptly pay all charges to your account, including taxes, and to keep your account information (address, payment details, phone, email, and delivery instructions) current. One arbitrator will be appointed, and each party will bear its own legal fees. Arbitration decisions are final. If arbitration is not applicable, disputes will be resolved in federal or state courts in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial.
